New-PASPlatformPackage: Auto-detect required files based on `PlatformId`

When just passed Path and PlatformId then detect the CPM policy and PVWA settings files.

CPM policy: 'Policy-$PlatformId.ini'
PVWA settings: : 'Policy-$PlatformId.xml'
