MOCK: RISC-V: Tests for 'Zce' implications

**NEVER COMMIT THIS.**

This commit is intended to be merged to the previous patch once 'Zcmp'
and 'Zcmt' extensions are ready.

It adds several tests related to 'Zce' implications.
