South Korean flag is rendered incorrectly (KR)

Expected Behavior
The South Korean flag (KR) should render with the Taeguk symbol correctly shaped: the red (upper) and blue (lower) halves should form smooth, symmetric curves.
Current Behavior
The Taeguk symbol renders incorrectly: the red portion is malformed (appears distorted/flattened compared to the correct geometry). This is visible in the center emblem; the rest of the flag elements appear normal.
Possible Solution
The Korean flag in the repo flagpack-core is correct.
Steps to Reproduce
it's visible with a browser images at /dist/flags/[m,s,l]/KR.svg all have the problem
