For example, no flight (at least not military) can last up to 48 hours. For this, find out what the theoretical maximum flight time is, even for something like an A350-1000, add a few hours of a safety net and not allow to file flights who are longer than the X hours.
Also, check for fuel consumption. No flight can only cost 1 kg of fuel. But i don't know to find realistic ranges for this, since there can also be an airline with very small aircraft.
