Bug: "License" and "License URI" are missing from Theme Info summary when checking the active theme #494

Description

@CookieDarb

When running Theme Check against the currently active theme, the "License" and "License URI" fields are missing from the visual Theme Info summary box at the top of the page. This happens even when the headers are correctly defined in style.css.

Checking an inactive theme with the same headers works perfectly, and the License information is displayed.

This issue was first highlighted in Support Forums: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/license-and-license-uri-not-listed-in-theme-details/

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Activate a theme that has License: and License URI: defined in its style.css.
  2. Navigate to Appearance > Theme Check.
  3. Select the active theme from the dropdown and click "Check it!".
  4. Look at the Theme Info summary block at the top of the results.

Expected Behavior

The License and License URI fields should be displayed in the Theme Info summary.

Actual Behavior

The License and License URI fields are completely missing from the Theme Info summary.
