[Bug]: v2.23.11 split tunneling ip&hostname limitation

Describe the bug

I've added all CIDR range of Iran in split tunneling which is about 2017 CIDR ranges and it was working fine
after updating to the latest version the app only holds 1024 of given ranges
even if I re add the ranges and closing and re opening the app deletes the rest and keep 1024 of them

Steps to reproduce

1.add more than 1024 ranges with AHK to ip & hostnames in spilt tunneling
2.close and re open the app
3.ranges get back to 1024

Expected behavior

no maximum limit (or limiting it to 4096) for adding ranges to ip & hostnames in split tunneling

Actual behavior

in the new version its limited to 1024

Right, the CIDR/IPs were not limited and we thought we picked a sane but generous number with 1024, but it seems like there are users who use a huge number of CIDRs. We'll relax this to a larger number next release.
