[Bug]: v2.23.11 UDP Stop work in Iran

Describe the bug

After updating to version v2.23.11, I can no longer connect to Windscribe.

Before this update, I was able to connect without any issues by setting the protocol to UDP, port 54783, and using Anti-Censorship E. I downgraded back to v2.22.10, and it started working again, so I’m confident this is a bug in v2.23.11.

Steps to reproduce

1. set protocol UDP port 54783
2. Anti-Censorship Enable and on method E
3. Connect
4. it failed to connect while it work on v2.22.10 without problem

Expected behavior

it must connect and it will on v2.22.10

Actual behavior

it not connect on v2.23.11

Can confirm the same issue on Linux (Ubuntu 24). Had to downgrade to 2.22.10 to make it work.

I think it depends on the network operator. I've heard from a friend of mine that he had no problem with the newest version on UDP, but he had a different network operator. I myself can't connect in IRANCELL network and had to downgrade.

To anyone who doesn't know how downgrade, just download and install the old one, and dont worry no need for relogin. have fun.

i tested it on different ISPs . new version UDP and TCP protocol didn't connect in IRAN . i also tried different protocol tweaks, but the result didn't change .

hey guys same here even today they released a new ver but still the same issue 2.23.12 . and funny part is the ping with these ver are like crazy ! not the same as before ! with different protocols i mean ! even on IKEv2 i had a great ping time with 2.22.10 but with these new ver my ping time are so so high !

Same here ! No luck with UDP/TCP and Ikev2 latency is very high ! About 60+ increasing in ping times
