[Bug]: Ingnore SSL errors is gone?

Describe the bug

it's the only option which allowed to form connection over WireGuard.
Other protocols didn't work.
Since 2.22.10 and analogous Android version lack it, nothing works. One of reasons might be that TLS 1.3 and accesss to external CAs is permabanned and is actively disrupted on national level

Steps to reproduce

1. Heavily secured environment, CA is blocked
2. Fresh install - application tries to open windscribe webpage, bth announcing itself to external forces by that and attemptingto do.. what exactlu?
3. Attempt to login
4. It may succeed at one of last backup routes
5. Message about deleting access key appears, deletion doesn't happen.
6. Failure to create tunnel

Expected behavior

Hfd an option which allowed to login.

Actual behavior

No proper login or tunnel creation
