Restool step not working

/storage/emulated/0 $ cd zelda3
/storage/emulated/0/zelda3 $ python3 assets/restool.py --extract-from-rom
python3: can't open file '/storage/emulated/0/zelda3/assets/restool.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Seems like there's an issue with it not looking in the right place. But I'm not sure where to look, I can seem to find the file/tool "restool.py"

Make sure it's the source code zip file and not zelda3_v0.3.zip with the exe in it.
