[SEO/GEO] Add Punk Rock AI canonical, entity schema, and llms.txt

Context

Punk Rock AI homepage crawl basics are close, but the low-hanging audit found no canonical and no JSON-LD. Add a clear canonical URL plus WebSite, Person, and CreativeWork JSON-LD, and include one visible entity paragraph tying Punk Rock AI to Kris Krug and Both Hands Full. Existing related issue: #155; this issue is the June 17 SEO/GEO-specific slice.

Acceptance Criteria

• Homepage emits a canonical URL for https://www.punkrockai.com/.
• Homepage emits valid WebSite, Person, and CreativeWork JSON-LD that matches visible page facts.
• Visible homepage copy clearly connects Punk Rock AI, Kris Krug, and Both Hands Full without overclaiming.
• Add llms.txt only as an AI-citation convenience after canonical and JSON-LD basics are in place.
• Sitemap/robots behavior remains intact and no existing release-day route regresses.

Tests/Evals

• Inspect built homepage HTML for canonical and JSON-LD types.
• Validate JSON-LD with Schema.org Validator after deployment.
