Getting "Waiting for a tool result." for the all widgets

Thanks for the project! The tool works great overall, but I'm seeing this UI issue ("Waiting for a tool result.") during chat whenever the AI invokes a tool.

I'm using the free Ngrok tunnel, and on the plugin page, I'm seeing this, not sure if it's related.
