[BUG] icon background changed into white from black when they are placed on home screen

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create 2 shortcuts with black_xxx_00ff00 series and add them on the screen
2. Look at the background colours of the green icon

Expected behavior

Having high contrast like the green icon in the app

Actual behavior

White background when on screen

The background colors for shortcut icons inside the app and for those on the home screen use slightly different computation logic, hence this difference. I will adjust the logic a bit and try to unify it for the next version, but in general I can't guarantee that the contrast will always be optimal.
