Result Interpretation inconsistency?

I don't understand why the estimated allele size is not [35,43]. There are more reads supporting 35 counts than 36 counts.

@NabilAsyraf98 This is a good question. The final allele size was note determined simply by the count but considered the observation that longer repeats have less chance to be fully sequenced. Thus, the estimated allele size is closed to but not the exactly same as the size with the local maximal support.
