TwitchToIsaac doesn't affect the game

Hey, guys! I've just installed your mod and it doesn't work on my client. I tried so hard to fix this on my own :/

The game is modded and all, the software is linked to my Twitch channel and reads chat messages correctly, but the game keeps asking me "Run TwitchToIsaac for start!", even if I've already clicked on "Run!" and the software is actually working with Twitch. Item/event choices doesn't appear in the game and the software keeps saying that the game is unpaused, even on menus.

I hope you can help me, somehow.
