add a beginner friendly website template

hi @Bachittarjeet, i have a sample template of beginner-friendly tourist website which i wish to contribute.
it is built purely with html, css and a bit of bootstrap. can i share it here? if yes, where?

@devham236 : Sure. But it would be easier to create a separate folder for the login app.
