I get some of the reasons why certain folders in the root directory are hidden from Magnus, but having access to the Assets, Scripts and Styles folders would make life a lot easier on occasion.
There have been many times when I have wanted to create/edit Lava, CSS or JS files that aren't specific to a certain theme, and placing them in one of the root folders would make the most sense. It would be great to be able to upload them there and be able to edit them in Magnus.
There have also been occasions when I needed to view or copy the content of some of Rock's original files and it would have been much easier to view them in Magnus than connecting over FTP and downloading the files.
I understand if this isn't something you want to do though, so feel free to close this issue if it's a can of worms you'd rather keep closed.
