HDX/AV: Search for furthest point in Quickhull

Two items combined into one Issue:

• When showing the search for the furthest point from the line, points already considered should no longer be orange.
• It might be interesting to show the distances computed and the point which is being considered, along with the leader (which is shown) and its distance (which is not).
