Wierd Lighting Glitch Chunk Errors

Sometimes chunks will skip genning the surface. the dirt will be there but any trees will be invisible until relog and anything placed there will be pitch black even white blocks as if lighting was skipped.

Should be fixed with the new chunk provider which exists on the repo but
not in the distribution zip. I'll try to release a new version tomorrow if
you don't want to compile it yourself.
