Feature Request: Show total and chapter context simultaneously

Any reason it couldn't show both? I'd like to know how far I am through the book and the chapter at the same time.

Even a single progress bar, but showing both times, would be useful.

@jamesdeluk a version of this is shipping in the next release, there's a new settings toggle to show the total remaining time of the book while you're in chapter context, it looks similar to how Audible presents it
