When choosing to use data presets, the ID field selector does not show for the first dataset.
In order to make it appear, the user have to choose another data set then get back to the first dataset.
That is not intuitive for the user.
How to reproduce:
- Open arabesque
- click on Standard localisation codes
- Click on World
- Deploy the dataset menu and select Populated places, the Node's ID selector appears
- If you click on another level like European level, the drop-down menu disappear
