The Show Mods option displays the wrong mod for blocks, tiles, and biomes

• I have done some search for duplicate issues and have found none
• I have checked that the installed version is the latest on the page and haven't missed a recent update
• I have made sure that this mod is the cause for the issue/crash.

In Server Data > World Data > Blocks, modded blocks display Mod: Unknown

The Minecraft part i can't fix as the mod literally registers the block under the Minecraft name space. That a unfixable bug.

The unknown mod is something where I can display the modid instead or have "Unknown Mod (Modid)"
The reason that happens is that the modid provided isn't in forges tracked mod list.

This issue got resolved in later mc versions as forge got more strict with their registry requirements.
