Detector hangs if no LED was detected

(which was a little bit frustrating as first-time user - default threshold was to high for my test setup)

Hi @edu-tsen, thank you for raising this issue. I really appreciate it and my apologies for the frustration.
I'll have a look at this tonight.

I'm also planning to do a big refactor this Christmas, so I will check that this edge case is tested.
