I already have modmenu on my cache but I did notice that GitHub builds on my project keep failing for the same reason.

If you haven't already, you should consider using the modrinth or curseforge maven instead. Not perfectly reliable either, but generally a lot better than the terraformers one.

https://maven.gnomecraft.net/releases/ has been more stable for me than Modrinth Maven, and also doesn't require you to change the coordinates.

Having the same issue myself but for https://maven.terraformersmc.com/dev/emi/emi-neoforge/1.1.24+1.21.1/emi-neoforge-1.1.24+1.21.1.jar. Similar to NGSpace, I have it cached locally so all is well in my dev environment but GitHub actions are unable to download the file. I find it strange that I am able to access the maven repository files as expected via the browser but gradle is throwing a fit.

Oh yeah I had to use the modrinth maven to actually let it compile and publish the thing (the CI)

Should be working now. If you need an artifact I had mirrored before the maven server died. All of Biolith and ModMenu and about half of Terraform API should be good. The rest is hit and miss (mostly miss).
