Sometimes a source is cited twice as separate sources

The problem here is that the chatbot works on fragements of documents, not documents. So in this case it has 2 fragments from the same document that it treats as separate sources. So the fix would involve:

• Display the same number for all fragments from the same document
• Make sure hovering over footnotes shows the correct fragments
• Make sure no duplicates get displayed in the list of sources
