Things not specified:
- Background colors for human-written FAQ answers should be different. Can use the same background color for on hover.
- Citation can remain multicolored shouldn't be rainbow. Let's pick some equally spaced values from the viridis color palette, something like: [#3e1450, #422a73, #404884, #3f638a, #437b8c, #4c948b, #5aab82, #77c271, #a4d55a]
