Selecting task should highlight relevant section in code pane

If I select a task in the canvas, and I have the "code view" open, it should highlight that block.

Needs investigation to fully know scope, will do this task last as stretch goal for 3.0. Might need to push to 3.1 or delay 3.0 if this is blocker.

Fine with 3.0 stretch or 3.1. Not going to block 3.0 release.
