Additional context
Currently, when using "/playing" the bot will paste the currently played track into chat.
When a new track is played from the queue, the old post gets edited.
If there was a different conversation between the /playing post and now, the old /playing post of the bot will be deleted, and recreated (so that newest playing is displayed at the bottom)

This only refers to the deleting part, or in general to the editing.
The editing is a nice feature. Thanks for that.

Can you also check if the currently used "playing" post has reactions attached, and if so, dont delete or edit. Just create the new post and keep the old one as is.

(Project is in Rust, so I have no idea. Else I'd merge request it myself)

Workaround:

Issuing the playing command again will keep the previous post with the embed available (when the "re-send" strategy is being used)
Then its possible to keep the old embed to add reactions, without the reactions being deleted.

/playing update_behavior:Re-send the embed after track changes

Currently, when using above command, the old message with the previous embed will be deleted, deleting all reactions with it.
Therefore, reusing the command works as a workaround, since it will create a new embed post, but does not delete the old one from a previous command usage.
