When using the text annotation tool, often I'm writing some sort of numbered list for my audience. Because this is typically done live, I usually pause after each numbered item to explain myself.
Ideally, as I hit return to add a line break, the new line should appear below the existing step. This means my original annotation isn't moving around on screen and stays exactly where I originally clicked.
Unfortunately, the behavior instead pushes my existing text up, often moving it away from where I intended the annotation to be. This also means I need to unintuitively guess how much space I expect my text to take.
Is it possible to have line breaks appear below existing text when using the text annotation tool? This is often called "top-align" or "align top" in Microsoft Office parlance.
