As someone experienced with ZoomIt but new to Presentify, I'm so far pleased with the zoom and annotation options (custom colors FINALLY!). However, there's a very weird difference between the two tools: in ZoomIt, the arrowhead is anchored where you click; in Presentify, the arrowhead follows the cursor until you release. Essentially, this means I'm drawing all my arrows in reverse on accident!!
In an ideal world, there would be a toggle to switch between Presentify-style and ZoomIt-style (similarly to how there's a toggle for natural direction scrolling). This would be especially helpful for people who demo software in both Windows and Mac environments!
Just to clarify, here's another way to describe the potential behavior options:
Presentify-style: click———>release.
ZoomIt-style: click<———release.
