Customizable keyboard shortcuts for annotation tools?

For example, I don't use most of the tools so I want to disable the keyboard shortcuts for them.

I would also give a workaround for #42.

Sorry I didn't update this ticket but your request has been addressed a few months ago. Please kindly use the latest version of Presentify. You can now customize each and every key shortcut in the app, and disable them too.
