desktop: bump to 0.1.12 to ship 49 commits of daemon/th work via OTA (#516)

0.1.11 (published 2026-08-16) is 49 commits behind main — including imessage
group send (#496), the daemon credential-lock + session refresh (#475/#498),
the destructive-CLI-path fixes (#500), and the smoo namespace + MCP→CLI
parity (#481/#488). Bumping the desktop version so electron-updater ships all
of it; smoo-hub (0.1.9) and marvin (0.1.11) pick it up on the next OTA poll.
