Make the kernel boot

So, step 1 of writing an OS, we need a working kernel. So that's the first job.
Error 1:

init:82: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

Errors appear to be caused by the filesystem, considering that it's from the original micrOS kernel... Might be re-write time. Implimented some good debugging functions, anyway.

After re-writing the filesystem syscalls, stuff seems to be working, now to impliment hooks, and once we have a lua prompt, I'll call this issue done - maybe even call it a dev release 😆
