Can we make the vignettes interactive?

Q - are the vignettes included with the package presented to the user as static files, or do they render as interactive RMD documents where a user can click through the execution of the cells and modify the values?

If the latter behaviour is not possible with R/Rmd only, explore alternative locations for hosting the vignettes that can make them interactive.
For example:

• Zenodo
• A jupyter notebook
• other?

Possible other direction to take this is to make the documentation interactive through the use of readthedocs.

This is slightly redundant to a cran submission and static manual but it would allow us to add the company branding to the docs.
