I wish there was a tool for getting and dissolving items. And it can store electricity for easy access and dissolution of items anytime, anywhere

There will be one, but not for a little while. I need feedback about the overall balance and the progression through the machinery first. Also the transmutation orb will require 100% dictionary completion, so I also need to work out any oddities with missing or unworkable dictionary items :)
