Doesn't work with "Allow multiple apps to use camera at the same time"

When I have my ShadowCast 3 set to "Allow multiple apps to use camera at the same time" (Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Cameras -> ShadowCast 3 -> Advanced camera options), TackleCast fails to show the video showing an IO error.

Hey RuinTD, thanks for adding this, we will take a look to see if we can add support for that feature. Can you share your use case for having multiple apps utilize the capture card? I am thinking that maybe you want to stream this in a discord call for example, then you could just stream tacklecast and not need multiple apps to ingest the video stream. But I will investigate and report back.

That is the main use case. However, if I just stream TackleCast, then my Discord stream is limited to my monitor's (and TackleCast's) resolution.
