Volume Control in Main Menu has no Effect

When using the volume slider in the main settings menu, the audio volume doesn't change, up or down.

Hey Jordan, sorry I am catching up on issues. Can you clarify, when you adjust the audio slider, is that in the Tacklecast settings menu (escape key) or in windows audio menu? Would you mind dropping your latest log file of you adjusting the sliders as well?
