Abstract

Modern software development and the rise of autonomous agents have introduced a critical friction between high-level intelligence and low-level infrastructure. This paper introduces Orbit-DevOps, a professional-grade command center and algebraic reasoning engine designed to manage system homeostasis. By formalizing infrastructure health through the Mathematica Orbitae framework—quantifying system state through Entropy ($\Omega$), Vitality ($\Phi$), and Symbiosis ($\Sigma$)—Orbit provides a sovereign, multi-platform backbone for the next generation of autonomous networks.
