Upload Recommendation Guide

In the link of recommendations component ([LinkRecommendations.js](https://github.com/SECURIoTESIGN/SAM/blob/master/src/components/LinkRecommendations.js)), the button guide is missing a procedure to upload the guide to the server. Please, follow the same approach previously implemented in [Recommendation.js](https://github.com/SECURIoTESIGN/SAM/blob/master/src/components/Recommendation.js).
