[Task] Install cuttlefish

Description

Install Cuttlefish to emulate Android Hardware and to be able to test our applications reliably.

Currently getting build errors due to jwt token expiring during the build. The build always throw an error for different dependencies, always related to the expiration suggesting that the network latency issue we are having since the beggining / how the proxy is configured might be the source of the problem.

• Cuttlefish is running in a docker container. launch:

 /home/luis_t2/android-cuttlefish/docker/start_cuttlefish.sh

• Access the web ui to configurate a virtual device at http://localhost:2081
• Select the previously created device in android studio

The above solution is a no solution as docker container should be use only if you have to orchestrate many virtual devices with kubernete. https://source.android.com/docs/devices/cuttlefish/on-premises
