Unable to add MCP server source to organization

Adding an MCP server to personal works fine.

When I changed the "Connection saved to" dropdown to Organization, I get the following error: "Failed to resolve OAuth connection "mcp-oauth2-posthog_mcp":

Just an FYI: On the post to create the source, the scope param starts with user-org:user_
