runner object not defined

Dear Restor-Foundation team,
I wanted to try yout your pipeline and followed your installation guide. Everything went more or less smoothly and also the tcd-predict example script worked.
However moving on to the prediction using the library (https://restor-foundation.github.io/tcd/prediction/) and your provided code I run into the issue that the runner object is not defined...
As you suggested I run the code with jupyter notebooks:
Am I missing something or must the runner object somehow be defined/imported?

I tried it with pipeline.predict this worked however than I get the error:
"TypeError: Image data of dtype object cannot be converted to float"
I am using your provided example tiff file (see screenshots)

Thanks! Let me have a look - pipeline.predict should be the way to go.

The issue looks like a bug in the plotting rather than the rest of the pipeline so you could try commenting that out for the moment - do you get other results saved to the output folder? My guess is we modified how results are generated and perhaps the example code is outdated if the CLI script runs fine. I'll check the docs.

Also I noticed this was a while back - apologies for not seeing this now!
