1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Bot” refers to the Discord-based service known as EVERYTHING BOT, including all commands, features, systems, and functionalities.
1.2 “Owner” refers to the creator and operator of the Bot, Umar Yousufi.
1.3 “User” refers to any individual or entity who invites, accesses, interacts with, or otherwise uses the Bot.
1.4 “Server” refers to any Discord server where the Bot is installed or used.
1.5 “Data” refers to any information processed, stored, or generated by the Bot.
1.6 “Service” refers collectively to the Bot, its features, systems, and all related operations.
1.7 “Discord Policies” refers to Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all applicable platform rules.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By inviting, using, or interacting with the Bot, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2.2 If the User does not agree to these Terms, they must immediately remove the Bot from all Servers and discontinue all use.
2.3 These Terms apply to all Users, including server owners, administrators, moderators, members, and any individual interacting with the Bot.
2.4 Users must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by Discord Policies.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

3.1 The Bot is a hosted service operated exclusively by the Owner.
3.2 Users may invite and interact with the official hosted instance of the Bot.
3.3 Users receive no rights to the underlying software, source code, intellectual property, or internal logic of the Bot.
3.4 The Bot is provided solely as a convenience and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:
4.1 Comply with Discord Policies and all applicable laws.
4.2 Use the Bot only for lawful and permitted purposes.
4.3 Not exploit, abuse, or misuse the Bot, including but not limited to:
- Spamming commands
- Attempting to overload or crash the Bot
- Attempting to bypass permissions or restrictions
- Using the Bot for harassment, threats, or malicious activity
4.4 Not impersonate the Owner or claim ownership of the Bot.
4.5 Not use the Bot to collect unauthorized data or violate user privacy.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIONS
========================================
Users may NOT:
5.1 Host, run, copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Bot or its code.
5.2 Attempt to extract, analyze, or replicate any part of the Bot’s internal logic, architecture, or algorithms.
5.3 Use automated tools, scripts, crawlers, or bots to interact with or analyze the Bot.
5.4 Use the Bot in a manner that violates Discord Policies or applicable laws.
5.5 Use the Bot to train, fine‑tune, or evaluate machine learning or AI systems.

6. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
========================================
6.1 The Bot may temporarily store limited operational data, including:
- User IDs
- Server IDs
- Command usage
- Configuration settings
- Moderation logs
- Temporary caches
- Analytics and usage statistics
- Leveling or economy data (if applicable)
6.2 The Bot does NOT store:
- Message content (unless explicitly required by a feature)
- Personal information
- Sensitive data
6.3 Data is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
6.4 Users may request deletion of stored data by contacting the Owner.
6.5 The Owner may delete data at any time for maintenance, performance, or compliance reasons.

7. BOT AVAILABILITY & SERVICE CHANGES

7.1 The Bot is provided “as available” and may experience downtime, outages, or interruptions.
7.2 The Owner does not guarantee uptime, performance, or availability.
7.3 Features may be added, removed, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.
7.4 The Owner is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates.

8. MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

8.1 The Owner reserves the right to:
- Restrict access to the Bot
- Block Users or Servers
- Disable features
- Remove the Bot from any Server
- Enforce rate limits or usage restrictions
8.2 Enforcement actions may be taken with or without notice.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 The Bot and all associated software are protected under a strict proprietary license.
9.2 Users receive no rights to the software, source code, or intellectual property.
9.3 To request permission to use, modify, or access the software, Users must contact the Owner.

10. NO WARRANTY
========================================
10.1 The Bot is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10.2 The Owner disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 The Owner is not liable for any damages arising from or related to the Bot, including:
- Loss of data
- Server issues
- Moderation outcomes
- Misuse by Users
- Downtime or outages
11.2 Users assume all risks associated with using the Bot.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

12.1 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- User actions
- Violations of these Terms
- Violations of Discord Policies
- Misuse of the Bot

13. TERMINATION

13.1 The Owner may terminate access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without notice.
13.2 Users may remove the Bot from their Server at any time.
13.3 Termination does not limit the Owner’s right to pursue legal remedies.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

14.1 These Terms may be updated at any time.
14.2 Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws chosen by the Owner.
15.2 All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. SEVERABILITY

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
