Hello,
I am seeing the following in the terminal when I run AlphaLink 2 for a homodimeric protein complex. Nan means no crosslinks were mapped or detected for that model, which should not be the case. On the other hand, running a monomeric protein does give a number for the crosslink satisfaction.
no crosslinks A 0
Inference time: 3478.2209023269825
Model 0 Crosslink satisfaction: nan Model confidence: 0.822
no crosslinks A 0
Inference time: 3437.9929111759993
Model 1 Crosslink satisfaction: nan Model confidence: 0.781
no crosslinks A 0
Inference time: 3433.5378852040158
Model 2 Crosslink satisfaction: nan Model confidence: 0.734
no crosslinks A 0
Is there a way to obtain such value for a homodimeric protein?
