[Feature]: User Auth for Complex Tasks

Currently complex tasks that require user authorization just has a temporary text shown before automatically running. This should be changed to:

1. A big red button for continuing and approving the request
2. A override for all complex task authorization in settings (should come with a secondary popup forcing users to acknowledge risks of autorunning). This would also disable the pause before executing automatically on the OS.
