plaza_preprocessing doesn't scale with dataset size

I first processed Switzerland successfully. Then I tried to process Germany and failed running out of memory.
(Out of memory: Killed process 1955081 (plaza_preproces) total-vm:58767868kB)

Looks like plaza_preprocessing needs huge amounts of memory when running on bigger datasets.
