[FEAT] Enhance Scrollbar UI for Better Visual Consistency

Problem Statement

The current scrollbar design on the page does not fully align with the application's overall UI theme and aesthetic. Since the platform uses a modern theme, customizing the scrollbar can improve visual consistency and provide a smoother user experience.

A styled scrollbar would make the interface look more polished and aligned with the application's branding.

Proposed Solution

• Add a thin modern scrollbar.
• Use soft rounded edges.
• Match scrollbar thumb color with the accent theme.
