Could you share a bit more info about what exactly is going wrong when you try to use them together?

It would help a lot if you could include:

• a full crash report (if there is one)
• your latest.log
• exact versions of CustomNameTags, AltX, Fabric Loader, and Minecraft
• your full mod list
