Include an explicit Dockerfile at project root rather than using the implicit one in the Liberty MST adapter

it is maybe a bit too magical to rely on the built-in Dockerfile and would better illustrate the function to include an explicit, simple Dockerfile... like we use in the start.openliberty.io maybe.
