Before releasing v2.0.0 we need to make sure we are happy with all toml varaible names.
Heavy weight should be given to consistency with v1 fortran namelists, but not at the expense of clarity here in julia. No variables named with people's initials should persist, for example. Someone reading the variable name should be able to make a reasonable guess as to what it is.
This task is to do a full once over during the v2.0.0 hackathon.
