Losing visibility of the local XRP filesystem when connecting to Google is concerning #275

Description

@kensthilaire

Testing with the staging release, I wanted to test with the new Google sign-in option. I signed into Google, then connected to my XRP, but now can't see any of the files in the local filesystem. I refreshed the page to sign out of Google, re-connected to my XRP and now I see the local filesystem. I signed back in to Google and I can no longer see the local filesystem again.

There really needs to be a way to see both the local filesystem and the files that may be present on Google. What happens if the XRP and Google drive are out of sync? Is there any way to detect that there is a difference between what is on the XRP and what is saved in the google drive? Or, is there a way to automatically sync any locally updated files to the google drive once connected, like how documents that are updated locally while offline are sync'ed when you reconnect to google at a later time.

Also, what happens if you restore from the Google drive? Is there any warning that there is a newer file on the XRP that may be overwritten by one that is in the Google drive?

I realize that I am just now testing with the Google drive behavior, but it is concerning that I cannot see the local filesystem should I sign into google. I would have expected that the local file system would still be visible.
